Dental Planning Lab provides outsourced digital dental design and CAD/CAM planning services to clinics, dental laboratories, orthodontists, implant specialists, and dental organizations worldwide.

Our services may include, without limitation, aligner treatment planning, implant planning and surgical guide design, complete denture design, partial denture (RPD) design, restorative crown and bridge CAD, and related digital workflow support as described on our Services pages.

Our website and services are intended for licensed dental professionals, authorized laboratory staff, and legitimate business users in the dental industry. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the site, or violate applicable laws or professional regulations.

DPL provides professional design and planning services based on information, scans, prescriptions, and instructions supplied by you. Final clinical decisions, patient diagnosis, treatment selection, and approval of designs remain your responsibility as the treating clinician or authorized delegate.

Service scope, deliverables, file formats, turnaround expectations, and pricing are confirmed on a per-case or per-agreement basis. General workflow information is available on our Workflow page, but specific project terms may supersede general descriptions where agreed in writing.

When submitting inquiries or cases, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required patient consents, de-identifying data where appropriate, and complying with HIPAA, GDPR, local privacy laws, and professional standards applicable to your practice.

• Ensure scans, STL files, photographs, and clinical notes are accurate and suitable for the requested design work.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized patient information.
• Review all deliverables carefully before clinical use, manufacturing, or patient treatment.
• Maintain secure backups of your files and confirm compatibility with your manufacturing or clinical workflow.

All website content, branding, layouts, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary methodologies displayed by DPL are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a completed project, you receive a license to use the final design deliverables for the intended clinical or laboratory purpose. DPL retains rights to its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and general know-how used to produce the work.

We treat client information, case details, and business communications as confidential within the scope of providing our services. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect submitted materials and limit internal access to authorized team members involved in design, review, or support.

You agree not to disclose proprietary DPL pricing, internal processes, or non-public materials shared with you without our consent, except as required by law.

Fees for services are quoted based on case complexity, service type, turnaround requirements, and any agreed partnership terms. Payment terms, accepted methods, and invoicing schedules will be communicated before or at the time of engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed, work may be delayed or withheld if payment is overdue. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion costs associated with your payments.

Stated turnaround times are estimates based on complete submissions and standard review workflows. Delays may occur due to incomplete files, clarification requests, revisions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Deliverables are typically provided electronically through agreed channels such as email, secure file transfer, or laboratory platforms. You are responsible for confirming receipt and verifying files promptly upon delivery.

DPL performs internal quality review on design work before delivery. Reasonable revisions may be included according to your service agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope, repeated changes due to incomplete instructions, or new clinical directions may incur additional fees or extended timelines.

You must notify us of material concerns regarding a deliverable within a reasonable time so we can assess and address legitimate quality issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, treatment delays, or business interruption arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DPL for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that design outputs will meet every clinical preference without review and approval by the responsible dental professional.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DPL and its team members from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, your clinical use of deliverables, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or create risk for DPL or other clients. You may discontinue use of our website at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification—will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DPL operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
